Join us for a free mahjong open play event at the Springhill Public Library (Moorer Branch). Feel free to bring your water bottles, stanley cups, and light snacks. **Mobile Mahjong Cancellation Policy** Cancel in Bam Good Time at least 24 hours before the event if you can no longer attend. Players who repeatedly cancel less than 24 hours before an event will (1) be contacted directly by Rachel (2) lose priority for future events and (3) will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist if an event fills. Waitlisted players who regularly attend events on time and have a history of reliable attendance will be given priority over players with repeated late cancellations. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. This policy is intended to address repeated patterns of behavior, not occasional unavoidable circumstances.
