Mahjong Open Play - Fairhope Brewing, Downtown Sun, May 17th. 2-5 PM

Join us for a free, COED mahjong open play event at Fairhope Brewing, Downtown Mobile. Max attendance is 40 (10 tables) so be sure to RSVP. Fairhope brewing has a range of great tasting craft beers. They make their own root beer and have other nonalcoholic soda/beverages. Feel free to bring snacks, order a pizza or sample the great food next-door at the cheese cottage. No restrictions bringing food. --What if I've never played mahjong before? If you have never played mahjong before, let us help you find an upcoming mahjong 101 class so you can begin joining our free open play. --Do I need to bring mahjong supplies? Bring your NMJL card and a small side table for your drinks/food. We typically crowd source supplies and have more than enough sets of tiles and cards for everyone. Don't worry if you don't have any mahjong supplies. Have a favorite set? Bring it and let’s play. --Anything else I should know? The owner of Fairhope brewing company has graciously allowed us to play in the back room at no charge. This is our first event. Open to suggestions and feedback.
